  • When you pay for the program the guarantee is that I will complete all of the sessions and steps together. I do not guarantee any outcomes in your health or any lifestyle or behavior changes.

As a coach I am here to support you and provide resources. Our sessions are designed to provide insights and support through the Kitchen Reset process. We’ll collectively troubleshoot and talk through challenges - to empower you with tools to utilize your strengths and past successes to create lasting change.

  • Coaches do not offer medical advice, diagnosis or treatment plans - that is the roll of doctors and nutritionist. My roll is to help you make the lifestyle changes they advise in order to maintain your overall wellness.

If you have symptoms, the best place to start is by working with a doctor to find the root cause and make an action plan. Then join the coaching program so we can work together on the plan!

I also work with people who want to make general improvements for healthy aging and don’t have medically outlined dietary plan. If you are trying to update your habits to incorporate more vegetables, better fats and proteins and homemade food we can definitely work together on the goals you set.

I trained at the Functional Medicine Coaching Academy - if you are working with a functional medicine doctor I am familiar with the dietary plans they often prescribe.

  • Yes, I do! I worked in the restaurant and specialty food industry for a decade and one of my favorite things was recipe development.

A new dietary restriction often brings up FOMO. We’ll do a little recipe development to turn an old recipe into a new one - that meets your dietary needs.

We’ll also talk about ways to navigate social situations, like dinner parties and tips for going out to eat.
